Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel

Day 02 Sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley and Trek Preparation
Begin your day with a guided tour of some of Kathmandu's iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites:
Swayambhunath Stupa : A hilltop site offering panoramic views of Kathmandu, Pashupatinath Temple: A sacred Hindu temple on the banks of the Bagmati River, Boudhanath Stupa: One of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. After the tour, finalize any trek preparation, including a briefing from your guide. -
Day 03 Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 m) and Trek to Phakding
Start with an early morning flight to Lukla, a gateway to the Everest region. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas during the 35-minute flight. Begin your trek from Lukla, descending through forests and crossing suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. Pass through small villages before reaching Phakding.

Day 04 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Follow the Dudh Koshi River, crossing multiple suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Bridge. Enter the Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, where your permits will be checked. The trail becomes steeper as you ascend to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant hub of the Everest region.

Day 05 Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar
Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude to minimize the risk of Acute Mountain Sickness. Optional hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880 m) for stunning views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Explore Namche Bazaar's markets, bakeries, and Sherpa Museum.

Day 06 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Thame
Take a less-traveled trail leading to the peaceful village of Thame. Pass through traditional Sherpa villages and enjoy views of surrounding peaks. Visit the Thame Monastery, one of the oldest in the Khumbu region.

Day 07 Trek from Thame to Lumde
Follow the Bhote Koshi River valley, passing yak pastures and small settlements. The trail gradually ascends as you approach Lumde.

Day 08 Trek from Lumde to Gokyo Lake via Renjo La Pass (5,360 m)
Begin early to cross the challenging Renjo La Pass. The pass offers panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and the turquoise Gokyo Lakes. Descend to Gokyo and explore the pristine Gokyo Lakes.

Day 09 Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,357 m) and Trek to Thangnak
Early morning hike to Gokyo Ri, which provides one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the Everest region. After the hike, descend to Gokyo and continue trekking to Thangnak. -
Day 10 Trek from Thangnak to Dzongla via Cho La Pass (5,420 m)
Cross the icy Cho La Pass, one of the most technical parts of the trek. The trail includes rocky terrain, glaciers, and stunning mountain views. Descend carefully to Dzongla.

Day 11 Trek from Dzongla to Gorakshep and Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m)

Day 12 Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) and Return to Lobuche
Trek to the iconic Everest Base Camp, where climbers begin their ascent of Everest. Enjoy the surreal landscape and views of Khumbu Icefall. Return to Lobuche for the night.

Day 13 Trek from Lobuche to Chhukug via Kongma La Pass (5,535 m)
Cross the Kongma La Pass, the highest pass of the trek, with sweeping views of the Everest region. Descend to the small village of Chhukung.

Day 14 Hike to Chhukug Ri (5,550 m) and Return to Chhukung
Hike to the summit of Chhukung Ri for close-up views of Island Peak, Ama Dablam, and other surrounding peaks. Return to Chhukung for the night. -
Day 15 Trek from Chhukng to Pangboche
Descend through alpine landscapes to the Sherpa village of Pangboche. Visit the Pangboche Monastery, believed to house relics of a yeti.

Day 16 Visit Ama Dablam Base Camp (4,570 m) and Trek to Tengboche
Optional hike to Ama Dablam Base Camp for breathtaking views of the iconic peak. Return to Pangboche and continue to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery.

Day 17 Trek from Tengboche to Monjo
Follow the Dudh Koshi River back to Lukla. Celebrate the completion of your trek with your team.

Follow the Dudh Koshi River back to Lukla. Celebrate the completion of your trek with your team.

Day 19 Fly Back to Kathmandu
