- The first reconnaissance of Mount Everest was in 1921, led by George Mallory. The goal was to explore possible routes to the summit. In 1924, Mallory and Andrew Irvine made a daring summit attempt. Their fate remained a mystery until Mallory’s body was found in 1999.

- In 2014, an avalanche killed 16 Sherpas, making it one of Everest’s deadliest incidents. The following year, a devastating earthquake triggered another avalanche, killing 22 people at base camp.

Cost Includes

- 5 nights of accommodation in 4/5 star category hotels in Kathmandu on a Bed & Breakfast (BB) basis, as per the itinerary.
- A 1:1 experienced private climbing Sherpa guide during the trek and climb (Everest Summiteers).
- Flight tickets for Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu for the climbing member and their guide.
- Complete camping setup with dining and kitchen tents, chairs, and tables at the Advance Base Camp (ABC).
- Necessary shower and toilet tents, individual member tents at ABC.
- One tent for each member and Sherpa, shared at Camps 1, 2, 3, and 4.
- Solar panels/generators for lighting and battery charging at ABC.
- Three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner – tea and coffee included) and twin-sharing teahouse accommodation during the trek.
